How to Exclude the Agent from Specific URLs
This guide shows how to prevent the agent from appearing on selected pages using URL rules.
Step 1: Open the Code Settings
- From the Dashboard, go to the Code section.
- Click to expand the Rules / Drawer.
Step 2: Add an Exclusion Rule
- Under Excluded URLs, click Add rule.
- Enter the URL (or URL pattern) where you do not want the agent to appear.
- Example: exclude any page containing a specific keyword or path.
- Note: Exclusion rules take priority over inclusion rules.
Step 3: Deploy Changes
- After adding the rule, click Deploy changes.
- The update is applied immediately.
Step 4: Verify the Exclusion
- Visit the page you excluded (e.g., your Careers page).
- Confirm that the agent no longer appears on that URL.
Step 5: Manage Multiple Rules (Optional)
- You can add multiple exclusion rules using AND / OR conditions.
- Update or add rules anytime, then click Deploy changes to apply them.
