Getting Started with Expertise Booking

Step 1: Connect Your Calendar

  1. Navigate to Availability > Calendar Settings
  1. Click Connect Calendar
  1. Choose your calendar provider:
      • Google Calendar
      • Outlook Calendar
      • Office 365
  1. Authorize access
  1. Select which calendars to check for conflicts
Tip: Connect multiple calendars to check all your commitments automatically.

Step 2: Set Your Availability

  1. Go to Availability > Working Hours
  1. Define your available hours for each day:
      • Click a day to add time blocks
      • Set start and end times (e.g., 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
      • Add breaks or lunch blocks
      • Copy schedule to other days
  1. Choose your timezone
  1. Save your schedule

Step 3: Create Your First Booking Link

  1. Navigate to Booking Links
  1. Click Create and choose One-on-One
  1. Configure your booking link:
      • Title: What invitees will see (e.g., "30-Minute Discovery Call")
      • Duration: How long the meeting lasts (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)
      • Location: Specify meeting location or video conferencing link
  1. Click Save

Step 4: Share Your Booking Link

Your booking link is ready! Options to share:
  1. Copy Link: Click the copy icon to get the URL
  1. Email: Include in email signatures, outreach emails
  1. Website: Embed on your website or contact page
  1. Playbooks: Use @share_booking_link tool to share in AI conversations

Step 5: Enable AI Enrichment (Recommended)

Every booking can automatically enrich with prospect data:
  • Free Plan: 5 enriched emails per month
  • Pro Plan: 50 enriched emails per month
Enrichment includes:
  • Full name and job title
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Company name, website, industry
  • Employee count and location
To enable: Simply start booking! Enrichment happens automatically for every new booking.
