Every workflow Expertise runs is a Skill. The Skills tab is where you manage the ones you have and find new ones to add. There are five places to look:
All
- Shows everything you have access to in one view
- Each Skill has a toggle to turn it on or off, plus options to run it now or schedule it
Created by Me
- Holds the Skills you've built yourself
- Run them, schedule them, share them with your team, or publish them to the marketplace
Shared with Me
- Shows Skills your teammates have built and shared with you, ready to use without rebuilding them
Marketplace
- A curated library of AE workflows you can install in one click
- Open any Skill to see what it does, what it connects to, and what it produces
- Install it to run on your data, in your voice, or publish your own and earn each time another rep installs it
Built in
- The foundational capabilities every Skill uses behind the scenes, like working with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, and web research
Creating a Skill
- Click Teach skill and describe what you want it to do
- Expertise asks what the Skill should accomplish, walks through setup, and saves it
