Connecting Marketo with Expertise.ai

Follow these steps to configure and connect your Marketo integration within Expertise.ai.

Step 1. Open the Integration Settings

  1. In your Expertise.ai dashboard, go to the Integrations page.
  1. Find the Marketo integration card and click Configure.

Step 2. Get Your Marketo Credentials

  1. Log in to your Adobe Marketo Engage account.
  1. Navigate to Admin → Integrations → Munchkin.

  1. Copy your Munchkin ID and paste it into the corresponding field in the Expertise.ai configuration panel.

  1. Then go to Admin → Integrations → LaunchPoint.
  1. In the API service row, click View Details to retrieve your credentials, and enter them into the integration settings in Expertise.ai.

Step 3. Map Captured Fields (optional)

Once your Marketo integration is connected, you can map default contact fields automatically captured by Expertise.ai (e.g., name, email, company, etc.).

Step 4. Display Marketo Forms in Playbooks

  1. In Expertise.ai, open the Playbooks page and select a Playbook.
  1. Click Add Tool → Show Marketo Form.

  1. Enter:
      • Form Name – a friendly name to identify the form in your playbook.
      • Form ID – find this in your Marketo form settings.

  1. Save your configuration.
You can now insert and trigger Marketo forms as part of your playbook flow.
