Hello! In this video, I’m going to walk you through how to take the de-anonymized visitors from ExpertiseAI and funnel them into your HubSpot Prospecting Agent so you can run automated or semi-automated outreach in a meaningful way.

First, go to the Prospecting Agent in HubSpot and complete the initial setup. I already have it configured here, but if you don’t, just follow the setup steps. HubSpot will ask you questions about your business—who you’re targeting, what your product is, its value propositions, and so on. These are all things a business owner or domain expert should know.

Once you’ve finished the 5-minute setup process for the Prospecting Agent, go to HubSpot Workflows.

We’re going to create a workflow called “Add to Prospecting Agent.” Let me show you what it looks like.
The trigger for this workflow will be:
1) ExpertiseAI Source = Fresh
This indicates that the lead has been introduced into your CRM for the first time by ExpertiseAI.

2) Contact is associated with any company that fits your ICP
For this example, I’ve defined my ICP as companies with 50–500 employees and company keywords that include B2B, SaaS, or Technology.

You can customize this section with whatever ICP criteria you use.

Once both trigger conditions are met, the contact will be enrolled into the HubSpot Prospecting Agent.

Inside the Prospecting Agent, HubSpot will generate AI-powered outreach emails based on research about the company—what’s relevant, recent updates, and so on. It will then recommend a meeting or message to send.

You can manually remove or edit any email, or you can configure it so the emails send automatically.

My suggestion: start with semi-automated outreach—manually approving emails—because you’ll likely want to adjust the styling at first. Over time, as things stabilize, you can shift to fully automated sending.
