Just connecting the expertise ai integration is enough. It will automatically create the HubSpot property ‘Expertise AI Conversation ID’
All the conversation, activity data will be synced to HubSpot as well!

0:00 Hi, this is Tommy. In this video, I will show you how to set up your HubSpot form and Expertise AI so that whenever a visitor fills out a HubSpot form on your Expertise AI site, a two-way sync happens. That means both HubSpot and Expertise AI will receive the lead information.
0:30 They will stay synced. First, log in to the Expertise AI dashboard. Second, go to the Integrations page and make sure your HubSpot integration is connected.
0:48 Next, go to HubSpot. Go to Forms and choose a template or an existing form.
1:15 The only thing we need to add here is a field. Add a single-line text field. We also need a contact property. If you have connected your chatbot to Expertise AI and have already synced some leads, you should be able to find this property in HubSpot.
1:54 If not, you can manually create this contact property. The name needs to match exactly, and the internal name needs to match exactly.
