Just wanted to let you know that we’ve helped you set up the lead-routing playbook. Here’s how it works:
0:09
The bot will first ask for the user’s email, then check whether that email belongs to one of Ventm’s sales reps.
0:19
If it does, the bot will show the sales booking link.
If it doesn’t, the bot will ask the user to fill out the routing form you provided.
0:38
Alright, let’s walk through it in Try my AI.
By the way, the current playbook trigger phrase is “ammar test.” This is just for testing—you can change it anytime when you’re ready to go live.

Example 1: Success case
“Ammar test.”
The bot asks for an email.
Let’s use Owner Health.
1:08
Send it to the bot, and it recognizes that this domain belongs to one of Ventm’s clients.
1:17
Here, it identifies Owner Health as one of Stephanie’s clients.
As we discussed this morning, the information the user enters—email, first name, last name—will automatically pre-populate in the booking form.

Example 2: Non-client case
“Ammar test.”
We’ve disabled the business-email check for the bot in this tool, so we can test with a Gmail address.
1:55
This email is not one of your clients, so the bot displays the HubSpot routing form currently on your website.
2:06
Again, the email field is pre-populated.
2:14
That’s it! This is how it works.
Bye.
