"Once you've set this up, you'll see a new HubSpot chat conversation window open up within your Microsoft Teams application. This will be the first message you receive."

"From here, we're going to customize your notifications. If you're interested in getting notified when a live chat starts, navigate to the settings and configure 'new unassigned chat conversations.'"

"Anytime a live chat starts, you're going to receive a notification like this—a notification box that pops up: 'An unknown visitor has started a conversation,' et cetera. You can then use this notification to quickly navigate into your HubSpot portal and engage with the user directly there."

"If you're interested in getting notified for all emails or all tickets that are created, go into the 'Tickets' settings and ensure that 'Tickets assigned to you' is selected. This ensures that any tickets created within the Expertise AI system are automatically assigned to you for follow-up."
